We allow within 3 days from receipt of the product for an Exchange. Products should still be in its original form and packaging to be eligible for the Request. The shop will not be liable to any products damaged while in transit via Courier or mishandling by the Customer. Delivery charges may or may not be covered by the Customer. Product materials used are from Genuine Cowhide leather that are purchased in Marikina and handcrafted by our Shop. The leather underwent natural process, thus, the marks and folds on the leather are not damages but rather adds up to the authenticity of the product. Hardwares such as hooks, key rings, snaps, etc. are combination of antique and brass materials. They react to humidity, so make sure you avoid contact with water. When caring for leather, please store in a cool, dry place and clean with a soft, dry cloth or other cleaning products.

For now, we only have the Genuine Leather Collection for the initial project. But, a lot of other projects are lined up until First Quarter of 2018 so I am soooo excited to share it with you. Stay tuned for more updates!

All handmade products are carefully crafted to ensure your satisfaction. We only start creating your ideal piece by hand once we receive your payment, thus, Production will take 1 - 2 days depending on the number of orders. Kindly take note of our Production and Delivery timeline: Production: 1 -2 Business days upon confirmed receipt of full payment Delivery: 1- 2 Business days from date of product completion Estimated Delivery: 2 - 4 days A different timeline will be given to bulk orders (5 or more).

We accept requests for customized products but depending on the design and current workload. Note that creating a new product entails more effort in planning and designing since everything needs to be done from scratch, thus, we would need to include add-on fees on these requests. For our Initial Collection, we only offer one color choice for our leather products. Other colors maybe available in our next collection. We'll keep you posted!

When filling out the ORDER FORM, make sure that the Recipient's Fullname and Delivery Address are both to avoid unsuccessful/delayed deliveries. Kindly wait for 1 - 2 Business days for the delivery timeline. Our couriers normally send notification via SMS once they are about to deliver the product/if they're already at the chosen address. One day delivery is also possible via Grab Express. Fees are dependent on the location and time of delivery. If this is your preferred courier, let us know ahead of time.
